1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Iura platform. By creating an account, browsing the site, or using our legal tools, you agree to these Terms and to any additional guidelines or policies we reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Iura Does
Iura provides AI-assisted legal research, document review, drafting support, and informational tools focused on Pakistani law. The service is designed to assist users, not to replace a licensed lawyer, and it may not be complete, current, or suitable for every situation.
3. No Legal Advice
Outputs generated by Iura are informational only and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or a substitute for professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, verifying legal citations, and consulting qualified counsel before relying on any result in a real matter.
4. Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or other security incidents. You are responsible for activity on your account, whether or not you personally authorized it.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer protected components, upload unlawful or infringing content, attempt to overwhelm or probe our systems, or use the service to facilitate fraud, harassment, privacy violations, or any activity that violates applicable law.
6. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant us a limited license to process that content so we can operate, improve, and secure the service. You are responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate third-party rights or law.
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, design, branding, code, and underlying models or workflows are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights explicitly granted to you, Iura and its licensors reserve all rights in the service and its materials.
8. Fees and Changes
If we offer paid plans or features, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and taxes will be presented at the time of purchase. We may modify or discontinue features, introduce usage limits, or update these Terms when necessary to reflect operational, legal, or security changes.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the platform, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time, but certain obligations and provisions will continue after termination.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to legal@iura.com. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, and any mandatory local consumer or privacy protections continue to apply.
